Margie and I moved to Huntington Beach in 1987. I spent 26 years as
an engineer for the Navy (civil service) and became an attorney in
1984.
My practice is estate planning, conservatorships, probate,
bankruptcy, real property, incorporation, contract writing and
interpretation. I have done a number of trials.
I teach Wills and Trusts at Trinity Law School and have taught
Environmental Law.
To help the public, I am active in a group of amateur radio
operators (RACES) trained and ready to provide communications in case
of earthquake, fire or flood. I was Cubmaster of Pack 506, and am a
committee member of Boy Scout Troop 568. My two sons are Eagle
Scouts.
